Is a private driver expensive compared to taxis and apps?
For short hops, an app is cheaper. Use one, honestly. For a full day of touring the arithmetic flips: Bali's metered taxis run about IDR 6,500 per km plus IDR 45,000 an hour of waiting time, which prices a typical 150 km touring day around IDR 1.2 million, and no metered driver waits at every stop all day. Our flat per-car day rates start below that, cover the driver, fuel, parking and tolls, and remove every price surprise along the way.
Why is per-car pricing better than per-person?
Because a car costs the same to run whether two or six people are in it. Per-person 'tour' pricing quietly multiplies the bill for families and groups; a flat per-car rate means bringing the grandparents costs nothing extra.
How do we know the quote is really all-inclusive?
The quote lists everything in writing on WhatsApp before you book: car, chauffeur, fuel, parking, tolls, water. Entrance tickets and meals are the only things you pay on the day, directly, at face value, for what you actually choose.
What if something goes wrong during the day?
Message us. A human replies, and we fix it, a different route, a plan change, whatever the day needs. Being reachable is the whole reason we run on WhatsApp.
Can we book without paying anything upfront?
Yes, a quote costs nothing and holds no obligation. Payment terms are confirmed with your booking on WhatsApp, and there is never a payment demand before you have the full price in writing.
