Always per car, never per person. Every service includes the driver, fuel, parking, tolls and chilled water, the only optional extra is a child or booster seat, and we tell you before you book, not at checkout.

Can we book one driver for our entire holiday?
Yes, multi-day bookings with the same chauffeur are one of our most popular services. The driver learns your rhythm, your seat preferences and your coffee order, and the whole trip gets smoother by the day.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, on request and fitted before pickup; just tell us ages when you book. Other optional comforts are equally simple: a fresh-fruit set-up at IDR 300,000 (one-time) or a snack basket at IDR 400,000 for the road.
Can the driver suggest an itinerary for us?
Happily. Tell us how many days you have and what you enjoy, beaches, temples, waterfalls, food, and we will come back with a suggested plan you can edit freely. Nothing is locked until you say so.
What areas of Bali do you cover?
The whole island, from Uluwatu in the far south to Lovina in the north, Tanah Lot to the Gates of Heaven in the east, plus port transfers for Nusa Penida and the Gilis fast boats.
How far ahead should we book?
For airport pickups and single-day tours, a couple of days is usually fine. For multi-day bookings, peak season (July-August and the December holidays) and the Alphard or HiAce, earlier is safer, message us and we will confirm availability straight away.
